- Detailed run of show: A complete event-day timeline covering setup, guest arrival, program cues, and teardown, delivered about one week before your event.
- Final venue walk-through: A walk-through with you before event day so locations and responsibilities are clear.
- Event-day coordination: Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination by 1-2 TBD Connects team member(s).
- Vendor management: One point of contact for every vendor on event day.

How Trust: Event-Day Coordination Works
How it Works:
Trust is our event-day coordination package for clients who have done the planning and want a professional team to run the event itself. Here is what happens after you book:
1. Handoff meeting. Four to six weeks before the event, we meet in person or virtually and review everything you have planned: contracts, vendor contacts, floor plans, timelines, and the vision in your head. You hand us the plan; we organize the execution.
2. Vendor confirmation. Two to three weeks before the event, we contact every vendor to confirm arrival times, setup needs, responsibilities, and delivery windows. If information is missing or contradictory, we flag it before event day.
3. Final timeline and walk-through. About one week before the event, you receive a detailed run of show covering setup, guest arrival, program cues, and teardown. We complete a final venue walk-through when included and feasible, so responsibilities and locations are clear.
4. Event-day execution. We manage the timeline, vendors, speakers, program cues, troubleshooting, and teardown within the agreed scope. You stay present with your guests while we manage the moving parts.

Trust is designed for clients who have already made the major decisions and booked the vendors. We step in during the final weeks to confirm, organize, and execute the plan.
As soon as your date is set. We hold the handoff meeting four to six weeks before the event, and popular dates fill quickly during gala and golf season.
We'll find any gaps during the handoff and vendor confirmation. Small items we can help close out. If you need substantial planning support, we'll talk with you about moving to Believe.
